Experience 
Began caregiving by caring for my mother after she had two strokes and even more when she  found out she had AIDS. I also volunteered in the Hospice unit with the terminally ill. Since i  became an HHA I have cared for my cousin who is mentally and physically disabled. As well as  patients with the following conditions or needs: Learning Disability, Stroke, Alzheimer’s Disease,  Cancer, Catheter, Diabetes, Feeding Tube,and Parkinson’s Disease. I enjoy assisting patients and  making them feel comfortable. I would like to continue to amplify my caregiving skills by  providing one­on­one care as a caregiver.
