Customer Service is my place & study of work because I have a passion to help and support others. I am friendly and kind and very precise about the service I provide to others. I have been in the customer service industry for ten years now. I’ve had great experience working one on one with people have gotten to know some relatives of others. For me, I am not looking for compensation from helping others, as I know it is my purpose here on this earth to do. Because I’ve provided excellent customer service the reward I’ve been given in return in respect and great relationships. Assurant Specialty Group in Springfield OH became where I landed my first inbound call centre experience. It was a great experience. I was first a customer care specialist assisting homeowners with property loss damage claims. I found great passion in helping other restore their homes & also their lives from such tragic natural disaster. Promoted to a resolution specialist was even greater.
