Senior Associate Management Consulting, Financial Management October 2016 – Present
Responsible for building the functional design for the target state FP&A process with the US VP’s and CFO of a fortune 500 company, incorporating the effort to standardize, automate, and consolidate majority of efforts to a shared service center.
Responsible for assessing the current state reporting for the FP&A group of a fortune 500 company and developing a gap-fit analysis of reporting requirements to future state reporting capabilities.
Responsible for managing the system implementation of 3 core releases for EPBCS including: stakeholder management, technology team facilitation, project plan development and execution, validation facilitation and research, and appropriate statusing to all teams
Performed a rapid financial assessment the eCommerce gross margin for a Fortune 500 company in order to understand fluctuations in the number and recommended solutions to enhance reporting. As part of this assessment, I was responsible for developing client deliverables, such as: presentations and process documentation; developed a reusable Gross Margin reporting template for the client to easily create an analysis from the raw data output.
Associate Management Consulting, Financial Management June 2015 – September 2016
Responsible for maintaining the ‘Financial Data Dictionary’ database, which housed all client reporting elements KPMG was responsible for collecting as part of the finance transformation initiative to enhance Cigna Healthcare’s reporting process.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and RACI templates as an effort for Cigna to consolidate and efficiently document their procedures.
Assisted in general PMO responsibilities such as eAdvisory site setup/upkeep, document retention, etc. and responsible for assisting the weekly WIP analysis and updating the financial workbook.
Assisted KPMG’s internal asset group with managing the collection of supplier’s periodic financial information in order to assess their financial health; Directly communicated with suppliers in order to obtain the company’s financials and then perform a financial analysis based on client selected financial metrics and ratios.
Responsible for performing data analysis on the client data collected to generate summary statistics for reporting purposes (visual & numeric representations, etc.).
Analyzed and normalized historic financial data for the heavy equipment industry in order to report on the financial health of over two thousand suppliers within the industry. The analysis was key in creating a white paper report.
Managed KPMG’s off-shore team in order to create an efficient data collection process for KPMG’s internal asset group, which included data collection and supplier financial analysis.
