- Oversee and implement a recruiting and enrollment plan for the entire school, preschool through grade 12, to reach optimal enrollment of 740 students
- Serve as a member of the School’s Administrative leadership team playing a role in the strategic advancement of the School
- Cultivate partnerships with other area schools and organizations, as well as develop relationships with all constituencies of the School
- Create and execute a marketing plan each year to effectively promote the School through a variety of channels
- Supervise, mentor and evaluate admission staff members to create a strong, cohesive team
- Facilitate the financial aid process and manage the budget of $3.5 million allocated for tuition assistance and other expenses covered by financial aid
