SULLIVAN ASSOCIATES – Colts Neck, New Jersey  (9/2005 – Present)  An entrepreneurial venture specializing in developing solid business solutions for small business.

·   ExchangeTraded Managers Group-Summit, NJ: Financial Management Company providing new-issue access to all ETFs types.  Developed an integrated tax allocation and reporting system, generating annual form K1 data. MS Access/Excel/VBA application reconciles monthly transaction detail with financial statements, performing complex tax allocations necessary for K1 compilation. Data imported to Thomson-Reuters GoSystem for production of investor’s K-1 reports and fund tax returns.  Dedicated system eliminates annual consultant fees, resulting in a cost savings in excess of $250k per year. (2013-2014)

·   FocusShares LLC – Montvale NJ: lnvestment Management Company offering equity ETFs. Built interactive forecasting model facilitating the firm’s elicitation of financing, resulting in a successful acquisition of the firm by Scottrade. (2008-2009)

 Director/Vice President: Private Client/Wealth Management, Founder, Management Reporting Group (5/1990-9/2002)  Senior manager responsible for leading all management and special project reporting initiatives.  Founded an internal reporting group, developed and executed relevant reporting content which served as vital business metrics and decision-making tools for division executives in branch and broker performance as well as for cross-functional teams. Defined and articulated business needs to IT professionals. Established and sustained key business relationships with outside vendors and consultants. Developed detailed data submission processes to be submitted to industry bench-marking firms.
