I have knowledge in Customer Service and Financial Sales but mostly IT (Information Technology) and have been working with technology since I was a child, I am currently in school and continue to learn everyday about IT. I understand advanced troubleshooting concepts and love it! I love fixing problems with software because I want to understand it so deeply because only then I find the source and reason for the problem and I end up coming up with a solution for the problem that would take me to a whole new level of understanding it. I am great with people and love to show them what I know because as the saying goes; “Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime” I love this quote because it applies so well to IT and life in general. I have experience in sales and customer support as well as teaching life skills, showing people how to improve their life. I love information and love to interact with passionate people who love to learn. I believe any job is not just a way to earn a living but to meet new people and progress your life mentally. I believe any career I pursue people will benefit from me and I from them.
