I would contact friends, family and many acquaintances on a daily/weekly basis and set up a time where we could discuss health or fitness goals then bring/deliver a high quality health shake to their house for tasting and more information/questions. Anyone interested would then sign up with Visalus through me and begin a new weight loss/fitness journey and I would earn commission off of each customer or promoter under me.
Accomplishments: I was able to impact and change a lot of lives around me by reaching out to others about their health and challenging them to try our program. I lost 25 pounds on the Visalus challenge and I watched many friends do the same. I also learned a lot about living a healthy lifestyle/diet and exercise.

I was also a ride-along assistant on a special needs bus, then assisted the same students at Holston Valley Elementary School on a daily basis. I helped students in every aspect of their daily routines including reading, writing, art activities, lunch, going to and from different classes, etc.
Accomplishments I loved knowing that I was helping further the education of several different special needs children. These children were able to learn and move forward in classes with the help of our program.
