We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Virtual Executive Assistant with experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can manage executive schedules, communications, travel logistics, and marketing support, while understanding the fast-paced and seasonal nature of tourism operations.
Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and handle follow-ups
Respond to inquiries from partners, media, and tourism stakeholders on behalf of executives
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics
Support tourism marketing campaigns, content scheduling, and social media planning
Draft and edit communications, proposals, and reports
Conduct research on destinations, tourism trends, and competitive landscapes
Liaise with CVBs, DMOs, hotels, venues, influencers, and press
Organize internal and external meetings, including tourism board presentations or webinars
Maintain filing systems and CRM tools for partnership tracking
2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Coordinator
Background in tourism, hospitality, event planning, or travel media is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills with a customer-service orientation
Familiarity with tourism workflows such as press trips, FAM tours, or seasonal campaigns
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Trello, Meta Business Suite, or Mailchimp
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work independently
Comfortable handling confidential information and high-level communications
Degree or certification in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Experience with booking platforms, OTA listings, or tourism CRM systems
Understanding of SEO, travel blogging, or destination marketing
