Candidate Description
5111 S Regal St., Apt. B23
Spokane, WA 99223
September 8, 2015
Dear Hiring Manager,
I believe that my experience in mortgage loans at Wells Fargo and Umpqua Bank, as well as my strong background in administrative work combine to make me an excellent candidate for this virtual assistant opportunity.
Through my work experience and education, I have developed many skills necessary to be successful in this position. My minor included course work in the art of interpersonal communication, an art that is often neglected in our technologically driven culture. Of course, I embrace the conveniences of modern technology, but when communicating with loan applicants and borrowers, I am careful to treat them as fellow human beings with whom I am having a conversation and for whom I am providing a service. I believe that thinking of customers in this way allows me to provide better, smoother, more efficient, not to mention friendlier service to them, and I believe that customers whose questions and concerns are addressed in a professional and courteous manner provide the best references for our company in the future. For additional information about my experience and education, please refer to the enclosed resume.
I am very excited about the prospect of working with your company and I look forward to hearing from you soon. I can be reached at 509.389.2625. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Ashley D. Scott
