We are seeking a Legal Administration Specialist to support the development and training of advanced AI models used in public‑sector legal environments. You will help organize legal materials, review AI‑generated content, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and administrative compliance across projects.
This role is ideal for legal administrative professionals who excel at managing complex information and evaluating detailed written work. Preferred work area is EST
Responsibilities
Review AI‑generated legal responses for accuracy, clarity, and administrative completeness
Organize, categorize, and prepare legal scenarios and documentation for AI training
Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas needing improvement
Maintain detailed records of evaluations, project progress, and quality metrics
Support legal subject‑matter experts by coordinating workflow and documentation
Qualifications
AS degree or equivalent experience in legal administration, paralegal studies, or related field
3+ years of experience in legal administration, paralegal work, or law office operations
Strong understanding of legal terminology and document structure
Excellent written communication and analytical skills
Native or bilingual fluency in English
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex information
