We’re looking for a motivated Auto Sales Consultant to help customers find the right vehicles for their needs while delivering a smooth, transparent buying experience. This is a remote‑only position, so you must be comfortable working from home, managing digital communications, and guiding customers through the buying process entirely online.
You’ll engage with customers through phone, video, chat, and email to understand what they’re looking for and match them with the best vehicle options. You’ll present features, explain pricing, assist with financing steps, and ensure every customer feels supported from first contact to final delivery. You’ll also follow up with leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and stay informed about inventory, promotions, and product updates.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment. Prior auto sales experience is helpful but not required — strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are just as important. Because this role is fully remote, you must be comfortable using digital tools, managing your own schedule, and maintaining a professional virtual presence.
Candidates with backgrounds in automotive sales, customer service, or retail sales will stand out. Familiarity with financing options, trade‑in processes, or dealership operations is beneficial.
