I am currently working as a legal assistant for Michael Foster at Foster Estate Planning. Our office is small with only
three assistants alongside Mr. Foster. Within this position I am required to be Mr. Foster’s “right handman.” I work
diligently to draft estate planning documents using Word Perfect. Documents that I am most accustomed to are,
Living Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Irrevocable Defective Grantor Trusts, Simple Business LLC’s, 2701A Business LLC’s, Subsidiary LLC’s, Unsupervised Probate Petition documents and Quit Claim Deeds and exhibits. My main focus is deed research, deed exhibit preparation and filing. I also look over our other two employees to help with answering client questions, document preparation, client meetings, and work flow management. I also take responsibility to schedule clients and meetings in the most effective way possible. I am very conscious of workload that comes with each individual case. This position required me to review several hundred banking documents daily and update customer files with
appropriate information. This job allowed me to help perfect my time managementskills as documents had very high priority to be reviewed at. I used versions of FiServ and Documents Retrieval programs simultaneously to updatecustomer files with information such as, deposits, ACH Credits, personal customer information, review deathcertificates, trust documents, and new accounts information. This job required me to be as accurate as possible at a quick pace.

March 2012 -­ January 2013. Defender Direct, Batesville Indiana.
With this position I was required to answer telephone calls routed to my phone. I would talk to customers all over thecountry. I had to practice and follow a specific way of selling my product to gain the sale and my wages to the sale. I personally kept up with all product knowledge within the company and all other competitors. I had to execute all multitasking skills possible by talking with my customer, typing in all customer information, and
processing payments. I handled personal customer information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, and birth dates. I was the team leader; I was required to train and coach all new hires in by having them sit with me for two working business days to listen to my selling techniques and rebuttals, I was in charge of keeping track of their sales performance and keeping them on track all while maintaining my own performances.
