Candidate Description

You are probably asking yourself  what I can do for you? The answer anything you professionally require. My experience ranges from working at a Barnes & Noble college bookstore to being an excellent technical support advisor for Apple customers. At first it may not be clear why this makes me the ideal candidate to work for you but let me explain why I’d be the perfect one for the job. When I started working for Barnes & Noble they were just opening the location I worked at, being there for the set up of the store gave me experience handling large shipping orders, how to set up merchandise so it sells, & most importantly how to manage my time. Once I left Barnes & Noble, I became an employee of Sitel. There I handled technical & billing issues for DirecTV customers over the phone. This gave me the skills to: read and understand the most complex of bills, troubleshoot/fix cabling problems, professionally handle disgruntled customers, & provide fantastic customer service in a timely manner. After 6 months I was promoted to assistant team manager, typically you aren’t eligible to apply for the position without 2 years of experience. In that position I mentored new employees that were just going on to the call center floor as well as assisted with further training for tenured employees. After a while I moved to Volt management corporation. There I became a technical support advisor for Apple. This job primed me to be your ideal employee whose: self sufficient, not afraid to research on their own, able to handle complex issues, fantastic under pressure, types over 50wpm, can mange their own time & has a passion for excellence.
