Candidate Description
I am now working as a Personal Assistant/Secretary to Board of Director.
My Duties :
• Day to day diary management, Managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.)on behalf of the MD
• Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions and reports and prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the MD as well as commercial department.
• Meet with individuals and others on behalf of the MD to discuss issues and assess and recommend various courses of action.
• Liaise with departmental and corporate staff and with other organizations and associations on behalf of the MD.
• Organising meetings and event management as required. Also Co-ordination of agenda papers for Management level meetings
• Maintaining corporate files, staff files and new staff inductions
• Personal meet and greet of the corporate visitors including customers and suppliers
• Travel Arrangements
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and minute taking
• Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required for the MD
• Liaising between other staff and the MD
• Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
• Maintenance of office equipments and provisioning of IT consultants (if required)
• Provide assistance to the commercial department (as required)
• Other traditional PA duties as required
