12/2014-Present: CNC Staffing Solutions (Manpower )

I presently work as a Production worker (Ripley Industries) on a CNC tubing bender making hard parts for engine oil and hydraulic lines and fittings. The parts are created from raw tubing of various sizes by following schematics and CAD drawings of the needed parts. Accuracy and comprehension are paramount to proper design results.

 Purchasing and Receiving Technician (Praxis Industries) in a manufacturing environment employing over 300 people. My duties include receiving goods on a daily basis and distributing supplies to 9 separate divisions manufacturing bath fixtures and related goods. Proper handling of hazardous materials is also a responsibility involved with this position.  I have filled and worked several positions with this agency to maintain steady employment with great success.

12/2004-09/2006       Tire Care/Maintenance Manager

     I worked as a manager and in a tire care center for Loves in Jackson, TN.  Duties include those similar to below but with the added responsibility of servicing medium and heavy truck tires and overseeing plaza maintenance at all levels, to include EPA and other regulatory responsibilities. I also worked as a manager at Loves in Williston, ND, Wamsutter, WY and Santa Rosa, NM.  My duties included store operations, cash drawer management, scheduling and employee relations, fuel desk management and inventory control, ordering and stocking. I am looking for professional growth and progression. With a solid background of education and experience, I would like to be considered for any available position in or around the Central or Western Tennessee. The work was very demanding but rewarding.

10/2006-10/2012:   CSK Automotive/O’Reilly’s Auto Parts, Inc.

   I worked as General Manager of an auto parts retail store owned by O’Reilly Auto Parts. My duties include JIT inventory management, including nearly $680,000.00 in domestic and import parts on hand. Scheduling, shipping and receiving are also additional duties. Foremost, sales and service of an outstanding customer base is a priority. As store manager, I was also responsible for all local HR duties, training, supervising and disciplining employees to ensure they have the best tools available to do their job to company standards. Outside sales and service of a commercial client base is also a responsibility. We delivered parts to commercial customers and accuracy and urgency were a priority.

 I have experience across a wide range of automotive systems and am ASE certified as a parts specialist. I am seeking opportunity for personal growth with a progressive company.  I am always willing to work when needed, and go the extra mile for my customers.

12/2003-12/2004   SGT, US ARNG Active, ARCENT-KUWAIT

    I worked with 115th FA BDE FWD “Mayor’s Cell” on the Operations team. As Operations NCO, my duties included organizing and maintaining proper billeting, working directly with civilian contractors to ensure facilities are habitable and maintained according to contract parameters.  I oversaw routine maintenance and repairs of all facilities within our designated area. I received an Army Commendation Medal for creating and implementing a hazardous waste clean-up plan for old camps. We also acted as liaisons for transient units moving into and out of our theatre of operations. I (We) worked under extreme conditions and adapted to fill the needs of the mission parameters on a daily basis. I was also qualified as a Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Specialist, acting as a command staff advisor.
