- Assisted in the management and completion of an approximate 32,000 unit refresh program of computers; trusted to secure, assemble/disassemble and organize each unit by removing/wiping any confidential information before product resale.
- Documented, analyzed and diagnosed technical problems for all IT equipment; main hardware components were examined on each unit for functionality, damage and working condition.
- Developed effective and secure methods of IT asset disposal to ensure that no government information technology media device/asset leave government’s care and custody through disposal processes.
