Director of Entrepreneurship Programs (4/16 – 5/17)
Led a six-member team in support of four national entrepreneurship-training programs (V-WISE, EBV, B2B, and Reboot), reaching over 30,000 military service connected individuals annually.
- In addition to leading four major national programs, innovated to develop, propose, and lead the execution of two new entrepreneurship-training programs – V-WISE IGNITE and the VetSmallBiz Growth Challenge; winning over $400K in funding and awarding over $100K in capital to growing veteran-owned businesses.
- Managed an annual budget across four programs of over $5 million.
Program Manager, Veteran Women Igniting the Spirit of Entrepreneurship (V-WISE) (1/12 – 3/16)
Planned for and implemented a comprehensive national entrepreneurship-training program (conference style events) in support of aspiring and established women veterans and military spouses with an annual budget of over $1 million dollars.
- Grew program into a nationally recognized, premier model for veteran facing entrepreneurship training, held in 14 unique cities, reaching 2000 women veterans and military spouses across 49 states over a period of four years.
- Highlighted by 75+ media outlets, including personal recognition in Entrepreneur Magazine, program kudos in Military Times and Vetrepreneur Magazine, and program graduate acknowledgement on MSNBC and in The Washington Post. Recognized in 2015 by Harvard’s Kennedy School as a “Bright Idea.”
- Created and sustained strategic partnerships and relationships with leading entrepreneurial support organizations, entrepreneurs, and business leaders across the United States.
- Advanced post program support and graduate engagement efforts to include the full development and execution of a graduate training conference for close to 300, an integrated communication’s strategy, and the build out of a digital mentorship platform exclusive to IVMF entrepreneurship program graduates.

Operations Manager
Operated a key service center in the Metropolitan area; planned and executed higher headquarters projects as assigned by CEO.
- Developed and implemented a comprehensive outreach program through collaboration with military commands and community leaders across a tri-state area of operations to ensure deploying and returning service members were properly recognized.
- Utilized exceptional leadership skills to revamp a stagnant volunteer program; recruited and trained a diverse team of 61 volunteers to take over customer service and support activities.
Inverness Inc., Germany and the Netherlands 4/07 – 2/08
Transition Assistance Program Facilitator
Conducted Transition Assistance Program employment workshops at assigned locations across Germany and the Netherlands in contract with the Department of Labor.
- Facilitated bi-monthly, two and half day workshops, training veteran groups of up to 50 personnel on how to successfully transition from civilian to military life; training covered resume writing, interviews, negotiating, small business ownership and military related benefits.

Served as aide-de-camp to commander and supervised and coordinated personnel and administration systems for a 676-person organization while in Germany and Iraq.
