• Distribute supplies to the unit as personnel request it
• Look up and order all supplies unit requires
• Keep track of unit’s quarterly allowance and all expenses.
• Request and arrange pick up and return of all transportation needs.
• Arrange and coordinate all units’ special events to include sending in request for furniture, supplies, space on airfield, transportation, and working party.
• Submit work request, log all request submitted, call and check on request if not completed in timely manner.
• Send in request for any special projects unit needs, adjust log of expenses, request and extra material or transportation needed for project.
• Look up and order any materials unable to purchase from base supply store.
• Ordered all hazmat for the unit and kept a log of all materials.
