MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

Long-term Lead Generation and Data Entry Assistant, I conducted vetting and verification process for numerous websites that are provided in a spreadsheet. I filtered the spreadsheet for Client’s potential customers based on criteria provided by the Client and checked different syntax to verify some details. This is for client Boomtrain.
·         Virtual Assistant, I researched on the following: blogs related to backpacking in Australia, posts for Twitter and Facebook, backpacking services, working hostels, list of forums, 200 Facebook and Twitter outreach, affiliate and partner opportunities, and Facebook Insights. I created Standard Operating Procedure for Twitter/Facebook posts and Blog posts.  I scheduled efforts for Twitter and Facebook posts using Buffer. I picked jobs related to backpackers on the website Travellers At Work and post at the client’s own websites. These job are for the following industries: Au-Pair/Nanny/Childcare, Bar/Hospitality/Chef, Farm/Harvest/Jackaroo and directed inbound emails. These are for Jobaroo.

I researched on the following: finance blogs, horse racing related websites, summary for How To Leverage a Podcast, Food blogs, fitness blogs, small business forums, online diaper research, accounting services, expired domains, and competitors. I edited some information on his WordPress account. I extracted numerous email addresses on a document that the client sent to me..These are for Quinn Askeland

I researched on the following: Responsible Service of Alcohol, beer or wine blogs, alcohol comments, RSA Providers (Tasmania and ACT), RSA directory (classroom), RSA Victoria Project, and SEO for RSA . I created RSA Infographics. These are for RSA Courses Online

I researched on the following: forums related to money transfers, websites for exchange rates, comparison of major bank fees, glossary of money transfer terms, and money transfer services  I identified forum posts from the following forum sites: http://www.pomsinoz.com , www.flyingsolo.com.au , www.australiaforum.com , and www.britishexpats.com related to money transfers and exchange rates. I handled Task Management, Electronic Filing, and Administration for professional and personal commitments for Trimtab Consulting

I downloaded 556 images of different brands of mobile phones. I Compared IDs and prices from different spreadsheet and consolidated into one master file for ReGadget.

I consolidated list of Names and Addresses into Spreadsheet from Separate Sources for Darrell Bouldin.

I had certification with Hootsuite. I scheduled everyday Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn and Twitter posts using Hootsuite and Pluggio respectively for numerous clients of eJenn Solutions (JennStinnett). I researched the following: SEO Leads, Coworking Lead Generation, different hashtags, Hack schools, Mixpanel attendees, competitors and time segments, content for twitter, competitor analysis (Reviews), Twitter leads, Leads in UK, and email addresses for tutoring companies, Twitter information, and business apps. I imported testimonials for Keytracker and Cheeky Monkey. I scheduled Facebook and Twitter posts and tips using Buffer. I monitored tweets, clicks, retweets, favourites, and total engagement using Buffer Weekly Digest. I sent direct messages to the followers of their Twitter account. I organized the business Pipedrive. The client delegated his Gmail account and I sent emails on his behalf as per the message and instructions he provided me. These are for samdup: Feedback Loop.

·         Administrative Assistant, I scheduled lessons, input students and teachers’ names in the system, invoiced Clients, and reconciled staff attendance reports for pays on a fortnightly basis using the program StudioHelper and My Music Staff. ·         Customer Listing and Web Research, I looked for new customer from a sheet and added the needed information to the official list. I searched for missing data using google. I researched different botanical plants and its description. I compiled the needed information and put it in an excel file. This is for the Client: Alison Fraser-Scott

·         I copied wine information and uploaded wine photos from the website: brygonreservewines.com.au to its online shop withwine.com. This is for the Client: Alison Fraser-Scott

·         I created database by getting name, contact details and websites of tour/sightseeing companies, community groups, mums and bubs, motorbike/car touring groups, aged care (old people) homes, schools, pre-school and kindergartens, wedding planners, and sporting clubs for areas near Blue Mountain, Australia (Bathurst, Lithgow, Glenbrook, Wentworth Falls, Leura, Katoomba, Blackheath, Mt. ·         I constantly updating the customer listing spreadsheet of wine companies in different areas of Australia: Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and New South Wales. This is for Client: Allison Fraser-Scott

Social Media/Brand Mentions, I scheduled everyday Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts using Buffer for numerous clients of Rick Lees. Website Analysis and Lead Generation, I find potential clients and gathered information with 4-5 stars in review using Yelp for the following industries in Los Angeles area: yoga studios, chiropractors, healing arts, alternative health doctors, mind body and practitioners, and integrative nutritionists. I checked their websites and create powerpoint analysis  using the points to Quality Designs document of the client Tim Blackburn: Conscious Web Studios
Web Researcher and Admin Assistant, I researched for the following: different flowers for Valentines, Christmas, and Mother’s Day, and numerous website designs of restaurants for the following themes: Vietnamese, vegetarian, thai, sushi, steakhouse, sports bar, seafood, sandwich, pub, pizza, noodles, Mexican, Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian, Indian, ice cream, Greek, Fusion, dessert, Chinese, burgers, breakfast and brunch, and bakery. I delegated some of the themes to the following contractors: Grin, Seher, and Shalimar. I created and updated the analysis of different websites in a master list that would be submitted to client in a weekly basis. I used Zillow websites to find information for real estate industry and Google Maps to find business name, websites, email, phone number, and cities for Nail Salons, Florists, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estates, Orthodontist, Restaurants, and Carwash. These are for iank.

Internet Data Collection, I researched the different schools for the Mississippi States that would be used for a Autism, ADHD, or other similar disorders conferences. The information researched are the following: School Name, mailing address, full names and email addresses for: Principal, Speech Pathologists, Speech Language Therapists, Social Workers, Counselor for Elementary Schools, Psychologists, Special Education Teachers, Early Childhood Teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Paraprofessionals.
