Multiple openings, part time. $18/hr work from home.
We’re looking for an amazing virtual customer support to work with our business clients.
Available Schedules – All on Eastern Time (East Coast) :
Monday-Friday 10AM-4PM // 4PM-10PM // 10PM-4AM
Monday-Friday 10AM-4PM // 4PM-10PM // 10PM-4AM
Saturday and Sunday 10AM-2PM
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to chat, email/tickets and phone.
- Make changes based on customer requests (Change address, phone numbers, content, and other basic details)
- Assist with add-on products and services
- Pass on any technical issues to appropriate tech agent
- Provide customers with a “WOW!” experience
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have experience working in customer service
- Ability to respond quickly to live chats and email
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
