Job Description
We are in need of two part time Verification Specialists to work with our organization. You will work from home 15-20 hours per week. No benefits but this is 100% remote work with the opportunity to become full time after 12 months.
In this role you will work with healthcare organizations, hospitals, doctor offices, and other medical specialists to conduct Employment, Education and Personal Reference Background Screenings using a multiple line computerized phone system, as well as fax and email. An ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and it comfortable using the Internet, computers, email attachments, PDF files and the phone.
You will also be responsible for inputting information into our operating system based off candidate paperwork and verified information obtained from phone calls, email, etc.
- Enter and maintain applicant accounts, resumes, profiles and screenings
- Process applications, identify discrepancies, make note of data that doesn’t match, and record reference testimonials
- Assist in the transfer of files, medical school records and medical practice records
- Research and reconcile data
- Audit records to verify accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with candidates
- Prepare and submit monthly reports
- Data entry experience
- Team oriented
- A commitment to high quality customer service
- Able to work from a remote office
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Human resource experience helpful not required
