3 openings, (2 part time, 1 full time). Work from home, $23.50/hr
We are looking for dependable and organized virtual assistants to plan and manage personal and professional travel for a busy executives. The positions will also have significant virtual office operational responsibilities such as document preparation, data entry and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Internet Research: obtain information on specific locations, destinations, hotel and resorts, travel deals, and other related data.
- Create client trip itineraries, booklets and calendars
- Communication with hotels for confirmations/VIP status/restaurant reservations/etc.
- Help with email marketing campaigns by creating short blurbs about resorts, trips, locations, and other travel related information.
- Enter data including new client information, trip information and travel partner updates.
- Social Media Engagement, posting and monitoring
- Help with departure gifts for clients
- Recording of business expenses in Excel spreadsheets
- Business card data entry
- Work with Google Docs and MS Word. Prefer virtual assistants who have completed online training or have a certification for latest Microsoft or Google software/services.
