Job Description
$20/hr. Work from home, FULL TIME– benefits, paid vacation, etc.
Must possess excellent people skills and be available to log-in on Monday mornings to attend virtual team meetings. Hours will be worked remotely from home, and a company-issues laptop will be provided.
COMMUNICATION
- Screens/prioritizes/directs email to team
- Flags and /or highlights important information
- Follows -up on pending mail
TRAVEL
- Arranges domestic and international travel for executives
- Utilizes the Internet to research information such as locations and obtain directions as it relates to support travel itineraries.
- Independently prepares travel itineraries including all key contact names and numbers
- Prepares travel expense reports for principal managers
MEETINGS
- Provides virtual administrative support for online-remote meetings to include schedule coordination with people from multiple locations
- Provide meeting memos, sheets, plans and other documents
- Provide minutes and transcript of meeting and distribute to executives
ADMINISTRATION
- Composes both routine and non-routine correspondence (e.g. minutes, announcements) with attention to details
- Independently responds to and follow-ups on request for information based upon acquired knowledge
- Perform other general admin tasks when needed
- Updates and distributes organization charts as needed
Basic qualifications required:
- High School Diploma or higher degree
- Minimum of 2+ of administrative experience
- Remote work at home experience preferred not required
- Intermediate technical skills of administrative software (such as, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, etc)
- Aptitude to learn new software
- Self-starter
- Experience working for multiple managers
- Ability to work overtime occasionally as needed
