Become a Virtual Success Coach with our organization and work remotely from your home – set your own schedule while working with our clients via our mobile app.

A virtual coach with our organization is a person who encourages clients on matters having to do with any aspect of life with a special focus on nutrition, health, and family life. We recently received a grant that has allowed us to expand and begin to offer our mobile app to employees of some of the nation’s largest employers and businesses. Our app will be offered as a free benefit to employees all across the United States!

We are hiring 15 virtual assistants who can instill pride, confidence, and discipline into clients when they need motivation. Our virtual coaches make it their primary goal to ensure that each client achieves their health, academic, personal, professional, financial, and any other goals they may have. We do this by creating a schedule with each client that caters to their needs. Our virtual coaches are in charge of each client assigned and must be able to gain the trust and confidence of each client.

You must be willing to complete a 30 day training program. Training is conducted online and you will be paid while in training ($2500 per month or $625 per week for 4 weeks).

You will login daily to complete training segments that include:

Financial Administration and Investing

Learn how to use our system to help clients handle finances and personal money issues, and start building a savings and create a balanced portfolio. You will learn the basics of personal financial planning and how to utilized our immense knowledge database so that you can recommend the right advice, tips, options, insight and opportunities. 

Interpersonal Relationships and Romance

Learn the art of connecting with others and the science behind finding lasting love. Learn to use our knowledge base to uncover the tips, options, advice, insight and opportunities that will help our clients. 

Corporate and Business Strategies

Allow our experts to revise procedures and motivate staff in order to revitalize productivity, drive sales and improve performance. Learn to use our knowledge base to uncover the tips, options, advice, insight and opportunities that will help our clients. 

Mental and Physical Fortitude

Acquire time tested techniques in retraining your mind, building your body, and centering and focusing your spirit or soul. Understand the basics of nutrition, diet, exercise and other general health topics. Learn to use our knowledge base to offer advice and insight on diet plans, exercise plans, motivation, and community support – including how to handle and connect groups who have shared goals such as losing weight, running a 5k or improving their diets.

Vanguard of Opportunities

Looking for the best places to eat, the hottest new clubs in town or for access to high profile events where you can meet influencers? You will learn how to use our knowledge base to uncover tips and opportunities for our clients. 

Professional and Career Development

Find skills for all grade levels and adult academia, for starting out your career or changing directions and developing a new one. Learn our system that will help clients make connections, get education, complete training, and network with other professionals. 

YOU MUST SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE OUR TRAINING PROGRAM BEFORE YOU CAN BE OFFERED A POSITION. There are no fees and you will be paid while in training, however – you are not guaranteed a job. You must successfully complete the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES AFTER YOU ARE HIRED:

• Use the app to interact with customers.
• Use professional knowledge and perspective to relate to clients to establish professional rapport.
• Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to address and resolve the issues and ensure positive clientele experience, while anticipating potential concerns/problems and seeking appropriate resolutions.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing ethical, timely, accurate, and comprehensive options.
• Help clients focus on habits of success and establish personal milestones toward growth.
• Balance tasks and activities to consistently follow the company standards for timely outreach and communication to patrons.
• Demonstrates a commitment to data entry and information management using the provided technologies to ensure “clean” data for reporting, analytics and modeling.

COMPETENCY:

• Must possess a high level of customer service experience
• Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Customer service in a mentorship environment entailing one on one interaction is highly preferred, but not required.
• Must possess a high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Should be familiar with social networks, mobile apps and searching/data entry related to web databases.
• Must be self-motivated and be able to work effectively from your home office as a virtual team member.

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION:

A bachelor’s degree (in related desired pillar is preferred).

Must have at least 2 or more years of customer service experience.

Able to work a flexible work week, which may include nights and weekends.

COMPENSATION:

A success coach can make as much as $42,000 annually with us if you work full time. Full time may involve overtime in order to complete all assignments to benefit our clients.

• A newer computer or laptop capable of running our software
