Duties: Seeking FT and PT Member/Guest Services Associates to join our team working from home doing reservations, clerical work and customer service.
As a Member/Guest Services Associate, you will handle incoming reservation calls and work with our members to address their questions and concerns in a comprehensive manner. Efficiently manage incoming calls to meet all of the customer needs using company phone and computer systems. Prepare documents, letters, memos and packages using Google Docs and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, proficient at typing, be able to speak clearly and confidently on the telephone and be capable of working independently but also as a part of a team. Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or call center enviroments preferred but not required. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO COMPLETE 2 WEEK VIRTUAL ONLINE TRAINING at the rate of $16 per hour. During this 2 week period you will learn to use our reservation system and must pass a review assessment to be offered a position. After successful completion the pay rate will increase to $18/hr.
Benefits offered to full time employees only.
No experience required if you are at least somewhat familiar with the Internet.
