Hiring temporary part time virtual enrollment specialists to work from home. These are one month contracts, renewable after 30 days. We expect to have work for the next 8-12 months. These are part time opportunities, no benefits, offering $25 per hour after completion of 3 day training program.

MUST BE ABLE TO START TRAINING PROGRAM NOW! Training will be held for 3 days, 8am-6pm. After training, you will work 15-30 hours per week depending on your availability.

Our Enrollment Specialists will provide care and support to customers who are seeking additional and supplemental insurance.  An understanding of what it takes to support the senior population is essential. Must enjoy working with people and be able to work from home seamlessly.

Position Overview:

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and prospective customers – answering any questions they may have, determining their eligibility, and ensuring that their information is input and up to date.

Position Qualifications:

• At least two years of prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Virtual assistant experience helpful not required
• Must have a home office with a computer, fax, printer, wired phone, and Internet – or be willing to obtain when you are hired. (We will cover phone and internet expenses)
