Customer Service Representatives- Home Based/Virtual/Remote
These positions are for level 3 Customer Service Representatives (CSR) roles. The CSR are responsible for resolving customer inquiries via the telephone and adhering to internal policies and procedures Due to the large number of clients, the CSR will need train and become familiar with of a number companies and a number of products and services. The CSR will perform some outbound follow up calls and emails, as required. This position is a remote position, working from your home based office.
High School diploma
0-2 years call center experience or customer service experience
Effective communication skills to provide courteous and professional customer service
Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of the organization’s products and services
Effective PC skills including; electronic mail, internet and industry standard applications
Ability to learn to use additional applications as necessary
Keyboarding skills (minimum 35 wpm)
Ability to use phone system effectively
Ability to work well in a remote team environment
Organizational skills are needed to perform multiple tasks
Fully functional home office with Internet access, newer computer, a printer, mobile phone with unlimited calling and data plan, virtual fax service with unlimited faxing capabilities, and current MS Office software.
We pay $100 per month as an additional bonus toward your fax, cell and internet plans. All jobs are immediate hire- you must be able to start working as soon as possible and be willing to complete online training within 3 weeks of being hired.
