Responsibilities
We manage interactions with patients and the insured for a significant portion of the U.S. healthcare industry. You will work from your home to handle and process digital payments, claims processing, benefits administration, customer care and data entry.
- Responsible for providing support to business operations such as document / transaction content management.
- Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry and scanning, or similar activities.
- Media conversion (convert to PDF for example), Digital Check processing, Electronic fund transfer, Content storage and retrieval and data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
- Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source document and/or phone call into an automated system.
