National banking organization has just announced 40 new remote virtual from home positions for part time Personal Banking Representatives!

Hiring Spanish speaking and English speaking positions! $15/hour during online training program (30 days), $18/hr after training. Opportunity to become full time with benefits after one year of service.  

Duties – Provide support to customers through Phone, Email, Web banking, Chat and Video and responding to various inquiries and complex issues. As a Personal Banking Representative you will work in a remote environment from your home to support our customers. 

• Provide details on banking services, account options, accounts, and other banking products
• Take inbound calls from bank customers, listen and understand their needs (questions about deposits, financial transactions, adjustments, etc)
• Help to identify solutions while gathering information
• Research issues and document issues 

Requirements – Customer Service experience is required.

12 Months experience working in a Customer Support environment and Banking experience is a plus. Those with banking experience will be considered first.

Able to work during banking hours M-F 8am-6pm, and some Saturdays 

Proficient with Microsoft Office, computers/Internet, and related technologies.

SharePoint experience a plus.
