Duties: Monitors are responsible for keeping track of specific students progress, auditing teacher hours and adjusting lesson plans as needed. The monitors work begins after the student takes the initial assessment and the system identifies gaps in the students learning. The monitor then reviews the lesson plan assigned by instructor for that student and makes any needed adjustments. After six sessions and again after 12 sessions, the monitor automatically conducts a quality review, assessing lesson scores, pace of mastery, teacher comments, average number of lessons completed per session, session length, behavioral flags, etc. Teachers and the system also can activate triggers to signal the need for additional reviews by a monitor at any time.
This person should be capable of online academic protocols that influence success of these cutting edge programs. They need to be able to readily learn and identify the key performance indicators that measure student and teacher success.
How This Position Will be Paid: weekly paychecks up to $20 per hour.
