Position Overview

The successful candidates will be an integral part of the Marketing team and will work to develop and execute successful social media strategies, ranging from content development to tactical execution. As a key member of the Marketing team, the Social Media Coordinators will be responsible for supporting strategic communications, social media and brand awareness activities for the company, in addition to monitoring, publishing, measurement and reporting activities. This individual will oversee and drive engagement across all company social media platforms.

• Overseeing ALL social media channels (IG, FB, TW, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) 
• Solid understanding of user-generated content and how to leverage / amplify 
• Firm understanding of engaging and shareable content and how to best amplify 
• Promoting all local happenings & events to boost attendance as well as capture content to share on social 
• Stats: creating stats report, reviewing for improvements to be made, submitting to Director of Marketing, COO and CEO Weekly 
• Work on building following and engagement through all channels
• Come up with new creative programs/ideas for all channels 
• Working closely with the outside marketing team to highlight and leverage organic content, videos, stories that underscore key messaging 
• Assisting with community forums on a regular basis and respond accordingly to members and prospects, as well as creating compelling content / engagement 
• Must be able to check social media activities regularly in order to make necessary responses / reactions including evenings and weekends

How This Position Will be Paid: $ 12.25 per hour part time. Direct Deposit only.
