Retailer has Immediate hire jobs for busy season! 20 openings, remote work from home. $15 per hour, full or part time. Multiple shifts are available – please let us know what hours you prefer and we will attempt to accommodate you.
Seasonal Home Agents.
You will provide online customer service during our business season which takes place from October to January.
During your typical shift from your home, you’ll process orders and respond to catalogue requests, solve customer issues, and share order, product, and retail store information.
Most customer support will take place via online live chat but there will also be some phone work (You will call customers who have asked to speak to a representative, or you will respond to calls from customers who need to place their orders over the phone).
This is a work from home position and it’s important to note that telecommuting is not necessarily for everyone. It requires a certain discipline and work ethic to succeed.
Home Office Requirements:
- You must have a digital presence (online resume or portfolio) so that we can easily access your work history.
- Must have a fully equipped home office with a newer laptop or desktop computer, a printer, high speed internet access, and all necessary software programs to include MS Office, Google Docs, and anti virus software.
- A quiet, closed-door work area with no distractions or background noise (ie: pets, children, machinery, music or talking).
- Minor office supplies, (scratch paper, pens, calendar)
- Freedom from other responsibilities – you must be focused on work and not responsible for the caretaking of others (children, elderly, pets, etc.)
