Job Description

IMMEDIATE SEASONAL OPENINGS! Responsible for providing excellent customer support in handling a high call volume from customers and vendors; promptly addressing/managing customer orders, questions, complaints in a courteous, consistent, and professional manner.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Provides excellent customer service support to clients contacting the call center after seeing products on our website, in our Google shopping portal or on our Amazon Marketplace Store

Edits orders for price and product changes. Informs customers of unit price, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information required by the customer. Advises customer of any order discounts or privileges available. Logs all call notes. Records orders received, Follows-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. Computes price, discount, sales representative data, and shipping as required Prepares and maintains general invoices and shipping documents such as export papers, commercial invoices, etc. Verifies shipping order accuracy regarding quantity shipped, cross referencing shipping documents and system reports Receives and resolves customer complaints and questions, directing customers to proper associates who may assist if Customer Service Specialists cannot Communicates with warehouse and shipping to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipments Compiles information for required reports.
