We are a seasonal retailer specializing in Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas products. Our catalog of products includes holiday home decor, yard decorations, and similar products. Our biggest-selling items include string house and yard lights, inflatables, themed door mats, and kitchen supplies.
We are hiring 30 remote customer service reps to work with us during the busy season from October through the end of January 2020. Work as much as 40 hours per week, multiple shifts available including day, evening, weekend, and overnight.
Duties:
Assists Clients and Customers, via telephone, e-mail, social media and live chat.
Assist with orders, inquiries, requests, shipping and product questions.
Resolve issues and assist with financing and layaway setup.
Recommends products, services or solutions as appropriate.
Replies to customers on social media including facebook, twitter and instagram.
