Retailer that specializes in products for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and similar holidays is hiring 5 temporary customer service and order entry assistants to work online. Full or part time, IMMEDIATE HIRE – with interviews being conducted TODAY! 

We’ve been busier than expected and have an immediate need for short term virtual assistants to work online helping our customers with our products. You will check inventory, answer questions, enter customer information, and process orders. You will also recommend products and will earn a commission on sales!

We’re looking for SEASONAL people who enjoy a challenge and thrive in a remote environment. In this position, you will use your empathy, patience, and resilient nature to resolve issues, suggest products, answer questions and process orders. Your goal will be to satisfactorily resolve the customer’s need at the end of each interaction.

HOME OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:

• Telephone landline (you can have it installed after you are hired but must be able to complete this within 48 hours!)
• Own computer windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 only (No MAC’s)
• USB Headset
• Corded phone and Corded phone headset

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer back to back calls and resolving issues
• Build a strong relationship with your customer
• Resolve the problem quickly and ensure the situation does not escalate
• Speaking clearly and with empathy in both positive and negative situations
• Be familiar with our products to provide information and up-sell
• Administrative Skills required to complete daily sales reports
