Work from home, $18/hr full time. We currently have 2 openings but expect more opportunities to open in a few months. $18/hr, must be able to work during business hours, Monday-Friday. (We need assistant located on the East Coast and another assistant located on the West Coast)
You will:
1. Daily/Weekly/Monthly input and tracking of invoices – Includes excel, simple web-based system (having Excel Essentials experience a plus)
2. Data Entry – Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Must Microsoft office, especially Excel .
3. Proofreading – Spelling, grammar, email writing and proofing is essential to this position
4. Travel Itineraries – Input all aspects of clients trips into our web based program; must be 100% accurate and timely
5. Overall office management (deadlines, timelines, weekly status sheets for Monday meetings, office calendars, document prep, etc….)
