About the Job:

As an inside sales associate, you will be responsible for generating sales via phone, email, and direct website inquiries, or in-person meetings.

Your job will also be to answer in-bound prospect questions about the product and Services(features, pricing, etc), host web demonstrations and field general support questions as well as making outbound follow-up calls/chats/emails with prospects who have expressed explicit interest in our product and who have tested (tried) our product.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receiving inbound sales calls from interested prospects
• Managing inbound sales inquiries (following up via email and telephone)
• Helping out with inbound support calls
• Make outbound cold calls
• Make outbound calls with existing customer base
• Hosting Demonstration Webinars (via web conferencing)

• Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills

• Familiar with Internet and Web Terminology
• Comfortable using Internet / Web Tools
