Uncapped commission structure – monthly incentives

As a part of our sales team, Recruiting Coordinators are the first touch point for our student-athletes and their families who have reached out to through our marketing efforts and strategic partnerships. They identify top talent of college coaches daily!
Make an average of 50-100 calls a day
Pre-qualify prospects on a minimal level
Educate families on the recruiting process
Job Requirements
Former college athlete or coaching experience preferred
Passionate about helping people
1-3 years of professional career experience, ideally in sales
Highly self-motivated
Competitive – results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional time management skills
Excellent phone communication and listening skills
Outgoing personality with great energy and phone presence
Bachelor’s Degree Strongly Preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule – some nights/weekends
