Job Description
Our wholesale merchandising firm has a remote, disbursed staff and are currently looking for Promotion Coordinators to lead the planning and purchasing of supplies for our clients.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:
Enthusiasm and an engaging communication style
Experience (1 year or more) in customer service helpful
Familiarity with Google Drive helpful
Interpersonal skills to work with clients from a variety of roles and industries
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks
Access to an AMAZON BUSINESS ACCOUNT (this is a free account that you can setup through Amazon )
DUTIES:
Manage product and supply requests from interested clients with a responsive and accommodating approach. Understand clients’ goals, and work with them to offer the best combination of price, product, brand and options.

JOB DETAILS:
Time Frame: Immediate Start
Commitment: Full Time but part time will also be considered if Virtual Assistant has a Amazon Business Account and can work at least 25/hours per week.
ADJUSTMENTS FOR PART TIME APPLICANTS:
Schedule: 5 hour days, 3-5 days per week depending on the fit between your desired level of involvement and business needs.
Compensation: $18-22/hour
