Job Description
Duties:
$16 per hour. Selected candidates will provide outstanding service to our clients through his or her knowledge, and ability to solve problems and anticipate clients’ needs. Candidates will work from home so must meet home office requirements. Specific responsibilities include:
• Scheduling restaurant reservations, salon and spa appointments (via website)
• Handling travel arrangements (lodging and airline reservations)
• Obtaining Concert/sports/theater, other event tickets
• Making rental car, shuttle and limo arrangements
• Providing City and cultural information
• Handling all forms of service requests/deliveries
• Assisting with Catering, party and event/business meeting contacts; Locating hard-to-find items; and helping with arrangements for childcare services and activities
• Providing minor secretarial assistance ( phoning, faxing, lettering typing, answering emails and voicemail, preparing thank you cards and notes, etc)
Minimum three years professional administrative experience is preferred. This is a virtual office position.
