A healthcare marketing company is looking for a virtual assistant interested in working as a long term remote (home based) Travel Coordinator on a contract basis. Contracts are 12 months with the potential for renewal based on work performance and company needs.
This Travel Coordinator would be responsible for making travel arrangements and creating expense reports for a team of approximately 100 employees. This individual will receive requests on a regular basis from employees with meeting or travel requests, it will be up to this person to submit and book transportation, flights, hotel rooms etc. These arrangements will be both for teams and individuals, so organization is a must!
Requirements
The ideal virtual assistant would have 2+ years of experience working a support role. This person should have advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite. Travel experience preferred but will also consider VAs with admin and office management or coordination experience.
