Job Description
Set your own hours, work as much or as little as is required to complete the work. You will receive a set $2,000 per month, paid on the first of each month. You will work as an independent contractor on a 12 month contract. All work will be performed remotely using your own computer, internet access and software.
The Image Processing Assistant is responsible for monitoring, categorizing, tagging and indexing incoming photos received through social media uploads, email, and the Cloud. The Image Processing Assistant is responsible for quality assurance of all documents scanned or indexed.
Basic Duties
- Receive thousands of photo files from our network of photographers, marketing techs, and other account users.
- Sort photos, categorize, name and put in correct directories.
- Receive incoming mail with photo attachments.
- Verify images and note owner. Approve images based on content and quality.
- Creating daily reports and updates on projects.
- Preparing documents for destruction in accordance with the Record Retention Policy.
- Develop reports based on number of photos processed and tagged.
- Develop quick reference guides and other user support documentation when needed.
REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with image files
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Home office with newer computer
- Must be comfortable working with PDF documents, image files, and similar.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom helpful.
- Ability to retouch photos helpful
- Should have an aesthetic eye to ensure high quality in image deliverables and consistency across all image media
