Job Description

JOB FUNCTION 

Professionally and courteously handle inbound customer service and outbound calls in compliance with client policies and producers. WE WILL TRAIN! 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Professionally process outbound sales and/or customer service calls

• Respond to customer questions and resolve customer issues
• Record and verify accurate information on all calls
• Positively and respectfully communicate with customers
• Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services

QUALIFICATIONS:
• No experience required.

• Clear, professional, and positive verbal communication
• Possess the ability to work independently without supervision
• Possess basic computer skills

TECHNICAL AND OFFICE REQUIREMENTS:
• USB headset for certification training
