About the Role:

These positions are primarily responsible for incoming calls from customers, internal personnel, partners, and requests from territory reps and regional managers. Most of the work will be conducted over the telephone but you will also work via email, web forms and live chat.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Will work with USA based support, field and operation teams supporting crisis centers and support agencies.
• Provide information on medical supply availability, scheduled equipment and kit shipments, and provide basic information about medical kits, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist customers will setting up delayed billing, bill forgiveness, hardship applications, and federal aid interventions.
• Provide information on Educational Grants, Drug Studies, and Clinical Trials when requested.
• Work closely with Customers, Medical Reps, Credit organizations, Physicians and healthcare professionals, clinics and other facilities.
• Assist in tracking shipments, obtaining pricing information, handling emergency information, patient compatibility, and other important requests.
• Will work from a home office, 100% telecommuting arrangements only.

What we are looking for:

• High School Graduate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 7:00pm e.s.t.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service a plus.
• Experience working from home helpful, not required. VOT Virtual Assistants who meet basic profile guidelines will be given priority considering
