$15 per hour, 14 openings, remote work from home. Full and part time. Immediate hire.
Do you enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment? These positions provide you with such an opportunity as you provide product and service information in reference to product support, answer general questions about the program and the products, and triage incoming calls to appropriate destination. Additionally, you ensure accurate determinations for program eligibility using program guideline; you document required data based on program design and requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media and live chat.
- You will receive incoming calls from physicians and patients, and process requests by providing resolution or triage to the appropriate areas
- You will create daily report summaries of customer outcomes
- You will answer inquiries and process incoming requests received and provide callers with accurate, current information
- You will access customer’s history via remote link to database and ensure timely closure of all open issues
- You will demonstrate ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral format
- You maintain all patient confidentiality
- You may take on other duties as assigned; job duties may vary
Required Qualifications:
- You have earned a High School Degree or its equivalent
- You have a fully operational home office with computer, software, hardware, phone, printer, fax, high speed internet
- Must have have a quiet and private office with a door for privacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous medical office experience is helpful
- Computer skills above a basic level
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
