Duties: We are looking for a virtual assistants for regional real estate company to become a part of our team. Applicants should be multi-tasking professionals. Will help assist with the company’s day to day business. In addition, take calls with our clients and help keep our agents updated with client communications as well as scheduling, completing other office tasks and file management. Online duties will include screening leads, research, responding to emails and voicemails, and other general administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a pleasant personality, professional demeanor, outstanding organizational skills and a great work ethic.
Job Requirements
- Administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher.
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to manage scheduling
- Ability to create and deliver emails to clients
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Work well in a collaborative, professional office environment.
- Identify client’s needs and follow up with information and assistance.
- Adapt to daily challenges and changes in the industry.
- Multi-task at a high level.
- Ability to work well with direction and independently.
- Prior real estate experience required.
