Profile:
As the Parts/Products Research Specialist , you’ll serve as the subject matter expert on technical questions on incoming calls or chats for the Americas.
Essential functions for this role include:
Provide part numbers and technical information for materials, systems both to our external customers and internal departments. Online research will be conducted by using digital technical publications and digital parts manuals, on-line resources, and in-house computer parts programs.
Work in a fast paced, high volume call center as part of a team to provide part numbers, price and product availability to the customer verbally or via electronic communications.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates will possess a High School Diploma or equivalent with mechanical aptitude and a proven track record in providing excellent customer service. Must have dedicated area of home solely for work. Current computer with camera running Win8 or Mac 10.10 or newer.
Other requirements include:
Demonstrates proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
Demonstrates a comfort level and proficiency using internet search engines
Demonstrates accurate and efficient keyboarding skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate in an effective, positive manner in a team environment
Demonstrates effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, service, and discretion with confidential and sensitive information
Candidates with experience in a call center environment are highly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
