Hiring for Multiple Regions – Location: Remote from home
$18-$23 per hour, full or part time, work as an independent contractor
Follow established process in gathering information from persons that have been affected by the Covid-19 Pandemic. Must be comfortable contacting assigned cases with a welcoming disposition to ensure participants are at ease, and comfortable to discuss matters relating to their experience.
Simply follow the approved script to gather all necessary information from participants, and then enter that data into our system. You will then produce reports based on that data.
Core Duties:
- Collect information from assigned cases, with data consisting of basic demographics, potential exposure to verified cases, participants current health status, and addition screening questions to identify high-risk possibility.
- Enter data into a database using tags, descriptions, summaries and other preset identifiers
- Provide contact information and helpful healthcare resources
- Maintain a professional attitude and protect confidentiality of all information received
Desired Skills:

- Ideal candidates have excellent data entry skills and are able to speak clear English.
- Strong data entry skills, with an eye to detail and accuracy A MUST and will be tested.
- Strong communication skills and excellent use of grammar and spelling.
- Ability to use Excel spreadsheets helpful
IMMEDIATE HIRE! Remote work from home. No benefits – you will work on your own as a independent contractor. Set your own hours (however most phone calls will need to be placed during the daytime hours).
