Urgently hiring, remote work from home $22/hour. Must be able to start online training program ASAP. $20 during training, $22/hour after training. Training is online, 8am-5pm for three days. After training, hours are flexible.




Job Summary: Online Student Success Coordinator (OSSC) is responsible for assisting assigned Distance Learning students with the guidance and assistance necessary to for them to complete their studies this semester.  While serving as a virtual resource, you will serve as an online assistant and support agents offering a high level of affability and accessibility via online system, live chat, phone and/or email.

You will be working with college-aged students.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

· Respond to requests for assistance inside a private educational platform by accessing hundreds of messages and inbox requests from students, teachers, assistants, parents and agents.

· Ability to work independently from your home office while maintaining excellent professional and confidential relationships with students and staff

· Provide confidential assistance with student’s private academic records, files, classes and accounts

· Make appropriate referrals to communities and/or organizational departments to meet student needs

· Upload documents, edit documents, and update files including class documents, videos, photos, assignments, personal records, etc

· Complete any projects or special tasks assigned

· Develops instructional material for professors, teachers and administrators, edits educational content, updates documents

Other duties include: Produces and distributes course materials as per instructions. Collaborates with virtual teams and staff members to gather  content. Uploads video, audio, images, and text for use within the online environment.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 1-2 years of higher education, post-secondary and/or student services experience – or 3 years of experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Manager or similar role

· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required)

· Proficiency in computer systems. Web-Ex and Salesforce helpful not required

· Attention to detail and Ability to think outside the box.

Home Office Demands: Must have a newer computer, printer, and fax machine. High speed internet, reliable phone service, and newer versions of software programs such as the MS Office Suite.

This is a temporary assignment to assist with overflow work this semester. We expect these positions to last 3 to 4 months.
