Job Description
We are seeking Online Enrollment Specialists to join our nationwide team for a project need. Due to some recent changes the enrollment season has been lengthened, we are looking to grow the department to accommodate the business. Essential Functions Include:
- Administration of Medicare and Medicaid insurance plans
- Processes enrollment related transactions from various data sources
- Compliance of governmental regulations
- Researches and resolves member issues received from various different sources
- Maintains data within various tracking tools related to outcome of research of various issues
- Phone interactions with members related to issue resolution.
- Read, understand, and apply State and Federal Guidance to daily activities
- Adhere to productivity. quality and compliance expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
~Excellent problem resolution skills
~Ability to work well with others
~1+ years of experience in related field required
~Strong data entry skills
~Task execution and follow-up
~Previous experience with benefits administration preferred
~High attention to detail
~7,000 data entry strokes per minute
~Typing speed 45+ words per minute (tested)
~Punctual at all times
~Must be flexible with hours
